  1. Hereinafter ASAP Document Agency (UK) Ltd will be known as ASAP while the instructing entity using the service/s of ASAP will be known as the Client/s.
  2. ASAP accepts instructions only upon the terms and conditions set out below. No servant or agent of ASAP is permitted to vary these terms unless expressly authorised in writing to do so. However any servant or agent shall have the full benefit of these terms and conditions.
  3. These terms and conditions govern the provision of all and any services provided by ASAP in respect of but not limited to the obtaining of documents and/or passports for their Clients and all orders placed by their Clients are made accepted subject to the terms hereinafter set out.
  4. Orders accompanying payment will receive attention commensurate with the service charge, disbursements and method of despatch requested and paid for. Orders cancelled before or after application has taken place will be subject to a cancellation charge commensurate with the service rendered.
  5. A service charge shall be due to ASAP for researching, attending or ordering from the appropriate authorities, documents and/or passports that have been requested and/or ordered by Client/s. The said charge shall be paid in full whether or not the applications are successful. Any non-refundable disbursement fees disbursed by ASAP on behalf of a Client are payable by the Client to ASAP.
  6. Orders will be processed only on receipt of full payment. ASAP reserves the right to retain all documents until the aforementioned amounts are received in full.
  7. ASAP reserves the right to raise its charges at any time with or without prior notice. A 5% transaction fee is incurred on all credit cards.
  8. ASAP will take all reasonable steps to provide accurate information and advice based on its experience and knowledge of relevant Regulations. It cannot be held responsible for changes of fees and/or requirements affected without notice by authorised authorities and suppliers.
  9. No liability can attach to ASAP for any decision, act, default, omission, loss, damage, mis-delivery or delay on the part of any supplier or relevant authority.
  10. The provision of a complete and correct application together with if required supporting information or documents is the sole responsibility of the Client. No liability can attach to ASAP for any delay thus caused.
  11. ASAP reserves the right to withhold lodgement of any application, pending consultation with the Client if in the opinion of ASAP the application or accompanying information or documents do not meet the requirements of the relevant authority.
  12. ASAP does not warrant any specific time for performance and shall have no liability in respect thereof.
  13. Whilst in the care of ASAP the administration, handling, storage, route and transportation means of documents shall be at the absolute discretion of ASAP.
  14. Every effort will be made to expedite orders to Clients requirements. However, should a document, passport or other item be lost, misplaced, damaged, delayed or destroyed by any means whatsoever, including by any acts by Royal Mail, subcontracted couriers, servants or agents, the cost of replacing same and/or any consequential loss shall be borne by the Client and any contribution to the costs by ASAP shall be entirely at the discretion of ASAP.
  15. Unless instructions are made in writing ASAP shall not be held responsible for taking such steps as are reasonably considered as fulfilling the implied instructions of the Client and/or as being in the best interests of the Client and any charges for such services rendered shall be wholly the responsibility of the Client.
  16. ASAP reserves the right to refuse at its total discretion to handle any application or carry any item at any time and no reason need be given, and to amend the Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary.
  17. ASAP is not a common carrier and serves in the capacity as agent on behalf of their Clients in all situations.
  18. All data control and information processing complies with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
  19. ASAP takes all reasonable precautions and employs protection procedures for online communications and transactions. All liability for viruses is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  20. All transactions between ASAP and their Clients are subject to these Terms and Conditions which shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and be within and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English Courts.
